1. INTROdUCTION

oVerVIew

Congratulations on your purchase of the Centurion XP digital camera. The Centurion XP 
is flameproof for use in Ex (potentially explosive) environments. Equipped with a 5.0-
megapixel sensor, this camera is capable of capturing images with a resolution of up to 
2560 x 1920 pixels.

The camera has a 16MB internal memory (13.5MB available for image storage) and can 
be ordered with an optional memory expansion of 512Mb, 1Gb, 2Gb or 4GB. This cannot 
be removed and must be specified at time of order. Images can be downloaded using the 
USB socket.
