Advice of call charges (AOC) display on key phone
While making the outgoing call, KTS shows the advice of call charges (AOC). This advice of
call. Charges are calculated as per the Cost & Code Table of the system. Display of AOC on
KTS can be enabled or disabled as desired by the user. (Refer system programming).
Attending Incoming Calls
Operator can attend both incoming internal and external calls. Once a call is ringing on
operator key phone, it will start ringing.
Step Action You Get
1. Lift the handset. Start Conversation.
Attending Queued Call
This feature enables the operator to handle more than one incoming call. If operator is busy
with a call and a second trunk call lands on operator key phone, operator key phone will ring
will stop. & than audio ring will stop. This is an audio intimation for the operator of the
queued call. Operator can pick up the queued call by either of the two ways given below:
To pick up queued call:

1. Disconnect the current call by pressing the RLS key.
Queued call will be
picked up automatically.

Put the current call on hold by pressing the PHOLD
key . Queued call will be
picked up automatically.
2. After the conversation, hang up.

Pick up the held call by pressing the corresponding
trunk key, which was put on hold earlier. You will get the held call
back.
