KYOcapture Express

is the latest edition to the

Copystar’s KYOsolutions line of products.
KYOcapture Express is middleware that
mediates between two separate products or
programs, allowing any Copystar supported
MFP to scan to a Document/Content
Management System or back-end right from the
control panel of the MFP.

The KYOcapture Express software lets small to
mid-size businesses create workflows that
eliminate manual document processing by
classifying documents and extracting valuable
data that is crucial for any business application.
Less manual work translates to improve ROI!

KYOcapture Express enabled workflows lets
users streamline information management, right
from the point where documents enters the
office and / or workgroup. KYOcapture Express
can instantly and securely capture documents
from any Copystar’s MFP device and processes
can be performed on these documents such as
optical character recognition, converting
documents into various formats such as PDF,
WORD, EXCEL, etc. and indexing. Once the
document is captured and processed,
KYOcapture Express will route the documents
to the appropriate destination, allowing users to
share, search, retrieve and work with these
documents more efficient and easily.

KYOcapture Express uses the same core
technology as KYOcapture, focusing on the
necessities of the small to mid-size business
operation.
