4 DISASSEMBLY AND ASSEMBLY PROCEDURE OF MAIN PARTS
Disassembly and Assembly of Compressor
Remark: Make sure there isn’t any refrigerant in pipe system and the power supply is cut off before removal of the
compressor.
Process Pictorial View Handling Description
1. Disconnect
the
electrical
source wire Loosen the
screws with the
screwdriver.
Draw out the
power cord.
If the compressor
includes electric
heater, remove it.
Note: mark the colour
of wire corresponding
to the terminal when
removing the wire so
that mistakes can be
avoided when
reconnect the wire.
2. Remove
fixing screw
of
compressor
footing Remove the
screw fixing the
compressor with
tools.
Put the screws
together so that
they will not
miss.
3. Disconnect
the
compressor
and pipe When welding
the pipe, take care
to
finish it
quickly in case of
superburning.
Do not damage
the compresser
for the sake of
future analysis.
