1.5 Installation of Water Circulating System
1) Design and construction of water system must accord with relative standard and
requirements.
2) The unit adopts target flow switch for cut-off protection. Point of zero flow has been set in
factory.
3) Confirm pipe diameter of water inlet/outlet pipe according to rated flow volume and
recommended flow speed of the unit to reduce resistance loss. Flow speed of hot water pipe
can be chosen from the table below.

4) During connection of water pipe, separately connect the two pieces of attached PPR pipes
with water inlet and outlet of the unit and then connect them with external water pipe.
5) Water pipe and valve: In order to ensure cleanness of water system, PVC and PPR pipes are
usually adopted. Galvanized pipe be internal-external galvanized and hot dipped. Cut-off
valve, ball valve, check valve, shut-off valve and so on in common use should adopt copper
core. Raw rubber tape should be used at the place between valve and connection pipe for
thread sealing. Don’t use other types like crude fiber for sealing to avoid pollution to pipeline.
6) Layout of water pipe should be level and vertical and does not bend as much as possible to
reduce resistance loss of water system.
7) Water pipe must be insulated with polythene foam, glass cotton etc. to avoid heating loss.
