4. Remove the
old
compressor
from the
chassis and
fix the new
one Do not damage
the rubber blanket
when removing
the compressor.
In case of intake
of moisture, the
compressor
orifice should be
sealed.
Place the new
compressor on
the rubber blanket
on which steel
bushing is put.
Tighten the
screws unitl it
reaches the steel
bushing.
5. Connect air
inlet and air
outlet to
pipes;
connect
power cord
and inspect
if the
compressor
is running
normally Connect the
suction and
exhaust pipe to
the
compressor
and weld it.
Nitrogen must be
charged when
welding.
After welding,
charge
high-pressure
nitrogen to test
leak.
Energize the unit
and crawl the AC
contactor of the
compressor
manually to start
up the
compressor.
2~3
sec is OK.
During inversion
of the
compressor, there
will be harsh
noise.
