Limit Switches, Pressure Switches and Proximity Switches Inspection
Introduction
Adjustment to the limit, pressure, and proximity switches is preset at the factory.
The switches may loosen with machine operation, so it is desired to visually
inspect them at least once a month.
Location of Limit
Switches
The limit switches are located in the Cooling Zone. They are mounted on the top
chamber section. Both switches are located over the crosspiece that straddles the
conveyor between the separate zones. Refer to Figure 5–13. Ensure that they are
fastened securely. Tighten if necessary.

Location of Pressure
Switches
Exhaust pressure switches are located at each end of the machine. Access the
exhaust switch by removing the 45° angle panel located on the rear of the
frame.The switch is mounted above the exhaust tubing. Refer to Figure 5–14.
Ensure that the connection is secure. Tighten if necessary.
