Maintenance Procedures

Electrical Cabinet Filters

Introduction

Electrical Filters are located in the cabinets on the front of the Bravo™ 8105. It is 

necessary to keep the filters clean so that air flow is not impeded through the 

electrical cabinets. There are two (2) filters located on the Bravo™ 8105: one on 

the Load End and one on the Front center of the machine. Clean the filters 

monthly — approximately every 170 hours of operation.

Needed

• Liquid All–Purpose Cleaner

Procedure

Action

Access the filter from the outside of the cabinet. Refer to Figure 5–

1.

Remove the filter by first removing the black plastic cover. There are 

no hardware connectors. Press the sides of the cover inward to 

release it from the machine. Refer to Figure 5–2.

Soak the filter in soapy water and allow them to dry before 

replacing.

4

Replace the plastic cover.
