time travelers from other countries do not need any license there.

operation is free of license and free of charges.

Funkgeräte dürfen wegen der noch nicht vollständig harmonisierten Frequenzanwendungen nur
entsprechend den nachstehend gelisteten Bedingungen benutzt werden: in den Ländern
