9.2 Connection

☞

Ensure that the 4 Channel Digital Recorder is unplugged from the power supply and
the device is thus not charged.

•

Attach a suitable surveillance camera to the video inputs "CH1 to CH4" (20, 21, 22, 23).

•

Connect the output "VIDEO OUTPUT" (19) with the video input of your display device.

•

Connect the low-voltage plug of the enclosed power unit to the "DC 12V" connection (24).

•

Connect the plug-in power supply to a 230 V/AC 50 Hz power socket.

•

Ensure that all the attached surveillance cameras are supplied with power.

10. Initial Operation

•

Ensure that the 4 Channel Digital Recorder is connected to the mains power supply unit.

•

Ensure that all the attached surveillance cameras and the monitor are supplied with power.

•

Ensure that the corresponding channels are shown on your display.

•

Switch on the 4 Channel Digital Recorder using the "ON/OFF" switch (25).
