18.1 Creating a PC Backup

Press button 1 (see Fig. A) to call up the list of video clips.

Now press button 3 (see Fig. A) to create the backup.

Backups can be created in .avi format or in .mys format.

19. Changing the Backup Battery in the 4 Channel Digital

Recorder

•

Ensure that the 4 Channel Digital Recorder is unplugged from the power supply and the device is
switched off. The "ON/OFF switch" (25) must be in the "OFF" position.

•

Remove the 7 housing screws from the cover.

•

Carefully take off the cover.

•

Remove the spent 3V button cell battery (type: CR2032).

•

Place a new type "CR2032" button cell battery in the correct polarity (plus facing upwards) in the bat-
tery compartment.

•

Replace the cover onto the 4 Channel Digital Recorder and reattach the screws you removed previ-
ously.

•

Reconnect the mains power supply from the 4 Channel Digital Recorder.

•

Switch on the 4 Channel Digital Recorder by moving the "ON/OFF" switch (25) to the ON position.
