11.9 Submenu - menu option „AUDIO MUTE“
Using the menu option “AUDIO MUTE”, you can define whether the audio signal (supplied at the „AUDIO
INPUT“ (35) connection) is to be played back via the loudspeaker (17) (= AUDIO MUTE „ON“) or not (=
AUDIO MUTE „OFF“).
Press the button „SEL/EDIT“ (16, 42) to select the desired option.
11.10 Submenu - menu option „AUTO RECORD“
If this option is set to „ON“, recording starts automatically if there is no input within 5 minutes.
If the option „AUTO RECORD“ is set to „OFF“, recording first takes place when pressing the button
„REC“ (23, 39).

Whether a recording takes place when pressing the button „REC“ (23, 39), depends
on the settings made in the chapter „11.7 Menu RECORD SCHEDULE“. Therefore,
observe the chapter „11.7 Menu RECORD SCHEDULE“ at all times.

„PASSWORD SETUP“
The LCD monitor with digital recorder is equipped with a password function. Set this option to „ON“ to
activate the password protection function.
Press the button „SEL/EDIT“ (16, 42) to select the desired option.

If the password protection function is set to „ON“, you will be asked for a password
as soon as you want to stop a recording or call up the main menu.
Default password: press the button „CH1“ (7, 28) six times.
