Sequential switching is not possible when „QUAD“ mode is selected.
The recordings can only be viewed in quad mode later on.
Recording in QUAD mode saves considerable memory space.
11.5 Menu option „RECORD FRAMERATE“
With the menu option „RECORD FRAME“, you define the number of frames per second. Press the but-
ton „SEL/EDIT“ (16, 42) to select the desired mode. The more frames per second you select, the more
fluid the playback of the recorded video files.
PAL video format:
A frame rate of 25 frames per second is set by default.
The available values are: 25, 12, 8, 6, 4, 3, 2, 1
NTSC video format:
A frame rate of 30 frames per second is set by default.
The available values are: 30, 15, 10, 7, 5, 4, 2

Please also note that a higher frame rate ensures a more fluid image playback but
requires a lot more memory space at the same time.
11.6 Menu option „VIDEO QUALITY“
Via the menu option „VIDEO QUALITY“ you can define the image recording quality.
3 settings are available:
• High (good image quality)
• Normal (medium image quality)
• Low (low image quality)
Press the button „SEL/EDIT“ (16, 42) to select the desired mode.

Please note that a high image quality requires more memory space than a lower qua-
lity.
