4. Repeat step 3 four times until all legs are loosely attached. Once all legs are in place, tightly
secure to complete the frame and legs assembly
Adding under panel brackets
This can also be done after the attachment of the laminate table
tops, but we advise that these are completed when the laminate
table tops are off for ease of build.
For the 3,990mm underframe, there will be 18 brackets to
connect. 7 along each long side and 2 along each short side.
5. These under panel clips are attached to the inside of the
metal underframe. Place the bracket hole over the pre-cut
holes in the under frame. Secure brackets in place with 12 x 1”
pozi self-tap CSK screws
Adding the laminate table tops
Your 3,990mm underframe frame will have 18 holes cut into the top of the under frame, to allow for the
laminate table tops to be attached. These will be located in the corners and centrally on the long sides.
6. Firstly, position loosely the laminate tops on top of the built structure, starting with the central
laminate top and one of the ends sections
7. Once these table tops are in place, insert 3x wooden biscuits and 4x double pins into the holes
provided along the facing edges of one of the tables. Face the adjacent table so that these line
up and push together evenly from both sides of the table

with an allen key to bring
the table tops together
