13.2 SEARCH

ENTRY
To search an entry, just enter the keyword for searching at the search fields located at the upper portion of
window. The search result will display immediately at the editing area and the current entry will have an
arrow at left. If the current entry is not correct, locate the correct entry and then click on the “Dial” button
for automatic dialing.
Remark
The search is case sensitive.
13.3 EXIT PHONE BOOK
Click on the “Exit” button to quit Phone Book and return to attendant console mode. The data in the Phone
Book will save automatically.
