FINAL SET-UP
1. Make sure Clear Guard is installed on GS 350. (Figure 54)
2. Lower Tractor Drive Cover by pushing the clamp button. (Figure 55)
3. Notify crew that preparations are complete and cable blowing is to begin.
IMPORTANT: It is recommended that if a reel-tensioning unit is not being used, the cable
reel should then be kept under control by a second operator who is required to wear
proper safety equipment and maintain a proper distance from the cable (See page 9).
4. Recall crash test push force & clamp force settings for installation
FINAL INSPECTION
Before placing the blower into operation, always perform a final inspection
of all components used.
