When you enter the password and click ‘
OK
’, you are able to set the Admin Password and Authentication
keys.
The Authentication keys allow you to secure the data on your CSM3NET unit.
When an ‘
Access Key
’ is configured, you can only mount the CSM3NET when you have this access key.
When an ‘
R/W Key
’ is configured, you can mount the CSM3NET with read rights, but you will need the R/W
key to write to the CSM3NET.
On the page ‘
Bandwidth
’, you can see the current used bandwidth of the CSM3NET. You can also set a
limitation to the maximum allowed bandwidth on the CSM3NET.
On the page ‘
Advanced
’, you can set the ‘
Power Save
’ mode. When the ‘
Power Save
’ mode is activated,
the harddisk in the CSM3NET will go to sleep mode when the inactivity time is reached.
You can also perform a firmware upgrade of the network chip through the ‘
Maintenance
’ section on the
‘
Advanced
’. Please visit www.conceptronic.net to check for a new version.

The firmware upgrade option is
ONLY
for the network part of the CSM3NET and
NOT
for the media
player functionality!
Through the ‘
S.M.A.R.T
’ option in the ‘
Maintenance
’ section, you can see the health status of the
CSM3NET harddisk.
