Secure the drain hose properly to prevent unwanted loosing from the waste pipe (Pic. 16).
Extension of the drain hose
The distance between the connection of the drain hose with the waste pipe and the bottom of the appliance should
not be bigger than 600 mm. If you need to extend the drain hose, make sure to use the same one. The total length of
the drain hose must not be longer than 4 m, otherwise it will reduce the cleaning effectiveness of the appliance.
Disassembling
If you disassemble the appliance, it is important to follow the steps in the correct order:
1. First, unplug the power cord from the mains (pull the plug or switch off the circuit breaker).
2. Close the water supply.
3. Loosen the drain and inlet hoses.
4. If the dishwasher is attached to the base plate, remove it.
5. Pull the dishwasher out while gently pulling the drain and inlet hoses and the power cord.
Disconnection of the water supply
1. Close the water supply (the tap).
2. Unscrew the inlet hose from the tap.
Draining excess water from hoses
If the drain hose is connected to the waste pipe at the maximum allowable height, the excess water cannot be
drained completely. It is necessary to disconnect the drain hose and lay it as low as possible. To capture the water,
you can use a shallow container e.g. a basin.
