OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Prior to fi rst use
Prior to using a new appliance, wipe the surface and the inside with a wet cloth for hygienic reasons. Wash the accessories
in warm water with a detergent, or in a dishwasher.
Then switch the appliance on without foodstuff s inside in the mode of baking with the round heater and the maximum
set-up temperature for 20 minutes (Refer to „Bake Mode“ function). The appliance may emit a slight smell and smoke,
which will disappear after a while. Air the room well during this process.
CAUTION!
Open the door slowly and carefully. When opening the door during or after preparation of meals, a large volume of
steam is released. There is a risk of scalding.
Note: Do not use the appliance without the rotary round plate (7) in the oven bottom section. Foodstuff or
dripping fat could catch fi re when in contact with the heater! In case of fi re, switch off the appliance and unplug
it from the mains. Do not open the door; the fl ames will extinguish spontaneously.
Daytime setting
1. After connecting the appliance to the mains, the symbols 00:00 will appear on the display (5).
2. By turning the -/+ selector (9), set up the current time of day (00:00-23:59) on the display (5).
3. Confi rm your set-up by pressing the symbol (7),or wait a couple of seconds and the setting will be saved
automatically.
Note:
If you need to change or adjust the time of day, switch off the oven by pressing of the ON/OFF symbol (2).
On the display (5) there will stay the time of day. Activate, by long pressing of the symbol (7) the daytime set up
function, and, by turning of -/+ (9) selektor set up the current daytime (00:00 – 23:59) on the display (5). Confi rm your
set up by pressing the symbol (7) or wait a couple of second and the setting will be saved automatically.
