Function description
Lighting of the internal space of the oven.
This mode of setting serves for particularly careful drying and defrosting of food.
Note:
This function is suitable for defrosting food or raw products before final preparation.
Small grill.
Recommended temperature setting 60-260 °C.
Note:
During baking open the door as rarely as possible. During grilling put the food in the highest possible
position.
Big grill - large area of the grill while utilising the infrared irradiation.
Recommended temperature setting 60-200 °C.
Heating of the oven by the upper and lower heater.
Recommended temperature setting 60-260 °C.
Put in the food only after pre-heating the oven to the set temperature. During baking open the door as
infrequently as possible.
Operating Instructions
Before the first use
Prior to using a new unit, wipe the surface and the inside with a wet cloth for hygienic reasons. Wash all the
removable parts in warm water with a detergent, or in a dishwasher.
Then, heat the unit without food at maximum temperature for 20 minutes (see the Operating Instructions below).
The unit may emit a slight smell and smoke, which should disappear after a while. Air the room well during this
process.
After connecting in the mains
1. After connecting the unit in the mains „12:00“ will be displayed, and symbol will start blinking on the
display.
2. Press the „-“ and „+“ buttons repeatedly to set the time of day on the display. Confirm by pressing middle button
. Setting the time of day is confirmed by a beep.
Note:
If you need to adjust the time later, press button, the baking function selector has to be in „0“ position.

Basic Functions of the Unit
1. Put the pan with food in the selected position height (numbered from below) .
2. Turn the baking function selector to select the required function.
3. Turn the temperature selector to set the required temperature value (0-260°C).
4. After the end of baking, switch off the unit by turning the temperature controller and baking function selector
to the “0” position. Residual heat of the oven can be used for heating or defrosting food.
