DESCRIPTION OF THE CONTROL PANEL

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Before first use
Prior to using a new unit, wipe the surface and the inside with a wet cloth for hygienic reasons. Wash the accessories
in warm water with a detergent, or in a dishwasher.
Then, turn the appliance on with no dishes at the maximum set temperature for 20 minutes with the upper and
lower oven heater sections on (Refer to „Basic Functions of the Unit“).
The unit may emit a slight smell and smoke, which should disappear after a while. Air the room well during this
process.
Basic Functions of the Unit
1. Put the pan with food in the selected position height (numbered from below).
2. Turn the function selector (1) to select the required baking function.
3. Turn the temperature controller (30 to set the required temperature value.
4. Use the baking time selector (2) to set the required time of baking.
Note: When the baking time less than 60 minutes is selected, first set a longer time using the baking time
selector (3), and then turn it back to set the baking time you need. You may adjust the baking time during the
baking as needed.
Position = Unlimited baking time.
5. The unit will switch on, and the operating light (4) will be illuminated.
6. When the unit reaches the set temperature, the heating light (5) will go off.
Note: You may adjust the baking time during the baking as necessary.
7. After the end of baking, the unit will switch off and a short sound signal will be heard.
If the position is selected, turn the appliance off manually by setting the baking time selector (2) to the O
position.
8. Set both the temperature selector (3) and the function selector (1) to the O position.
9. Remove the baked dish from the oven.
WARNING!
While baking with the baking time selector (2) in the position (Unlimited baking time), you must regularly
watch the dish in the oven.
If the baking time is too long, the dish in the oven could ignite.
