You should develop a preventive maintenance schedule for all
components in the conveying system to ensure optimum
operation and performance.
The B32 may require the following maintenance checks:

Whenever you change materials

Verify the loader settings for pump systems or loaders
effected by the material change. Pay particular attention
to load times and dump times. See

Quarterly

Check power and cable connections and wires.
Over time, the power and cable connections between
the B32 and conveying system components may
become loose or wires may become worn. Tighten any
loose connections and replace any wire or cable that has
become worn or damaged.
