Step 5: Fix the planks to the platform

Fix the assembly using the M6 x
35mm button head screws.

Tighten with a 4mm allen key to 4-5Nm
(3-4ft/lb).

Step 6: Insert rubber strips.

Push the rubber strips securely
into the channels on top of the
platform.

Step 7: Prepare the Sport Utility Bed (SUB ) rails or XT150 for mounting the platform

Remove the rubber from the ‘c’
channel in the sports rails.
