Step 1: Assemble the outer frame sides.

(A) Slide the 2x side extrusions 
into the corner mouldings. 

(B) Fix the assembly using 
the M6 x 16mm button head 
screws.

Step 2A: Complete outer frame

Slide the side assemblies into 
the front and rear extrusions.

Important:

 The nyloc nut can be 

pushed from its housing with down-
ward heavy force. If this occurs, pull 
upward and locate the nut back in its 
housing. Visually inspect to ensure nut 
is positioned correctly.

Slowly and carefully

 insert the screw.

Tighten to 4-5Nm (3-4ft/lb).

Step 2B: Fix the assembly

Fix the assembly using the M6 x 
16mm button head screws.
