sIP trace

SIP Trace is a diagnostic tool that allows the user to extract packet captures to help with troubleshooting SIP

provider issues.

To perform a SIP Trace, select

Trace Target.

Select

All

to capture all traffic to and from the VH2, or select one of your

SIP Providers from the drop-down menu to perform a packet capture for one specific provider.

Selecting

All

will provide unfiltered data including broadcast data on your network. There can be a lot of

information in this file that may not be necessary. Selecting the individual providers will give you a more precise set
of information.

Save

Setting

Next, press
