If you forgot your password, you would need to reset your settings to their
default value by pressing the button located at the back of the switch.
Also, if you press the reset button, all settings will be returned to their
default value and your current configuration will be erased. For details on

changing password using the web-based interface, kindly refer to
Section 8.1.

You can upgrade your firmware version using this utility. Simply select the
firmware file from your respective folder, enter the password and click on

the Start button.

You can simply double click on the device in the monitor list, or select it
and click on Web Access to proceed to the authentication page of the
Compex GSC2024WM.
