nical documentation. For error-free operation of the Intercom system, faultless transmission paths are
mandatory. The functionality of transmission paths, in particular of IP-networks, exclusively is the respon-
sibility of the operating company of the transmission path and therefore the manufacturer can not be re-
sponsible in any manner, for errors and problems, which result from problems or malfunctioning of the
transmission path.
Caution:
This is a Class A product (standard EN 55022). In a domestic environment this product may cause radio
interference in which case the user may be required to take adequate measures.
Defective power cables of the transformer shall not be repaired or changed. In case of defective power
cables, the transformer (of the GEZ 300) must be exchanged.
Mounting and installation of the Intercom Server and of the equipment may be
carried out by authorised service personnel

Cards may be exchanged

while the voltage is switched off.
Always make sure ESD precautions have been taken before exchanging cards. The M3 screw nut
of the motherboard G3-GEM (
) is used as grounding point for Wrist Strap Grounding.
