medium settings.

Always turn hood ON when cooking at high heat or  

when flambeing  ood (l.e. Crepes Suzette, Cherries  

Jubilee, Peppercorn Beef Flambe’).

Clean ventilating fans frequently. Grease should not  

be allowed to accumulate on f
