4.10 BATTERY DISCONNECT METHODS

Figure 4.6 illustrates the various battery configurations. Disconnect both leads at the battery pack (Cable
to Main Solenoid and cable to Controller B-) before performing any maintenance.

4.11 BATTERY REMOVAL & INSTALLATION



Remove battery negative (-) cables.



Remove battery positive (+) cables.



Remove battery hold down.



Remove batteries from vehicle.



To install batteries, reverse the removal procedure with the negative (-) cables being attached last.
