Introduction

1.1 Models covered by this manual

This manual contains information to assist in the repair and maintenance of the SmartLF

scanners from Colortrac.

It acts as a reference to service engineers who are approved by Colortrac.

There are 3 models:

SmartLF Cx40m

Monochrome

Scan width of 40” with handling for 44” media width. Optical resolution of 600dpi. Mono

and Greyscale scanning only.

SmartLF Cx40c

Colour

Scan width of 40” with handling for 44” media width. Optical resolution of 600dpi. RGB

(24-bit and 48-bit captured), Mono and Greyscale scanning at reduced speed.

SmartLF Cx40e

Enhanced

Scan width of 40” with handling for 44” media width. Optical resolution of 600dpi. RGB

(24-bit and 48-bit captured), Mono and Greyscale scanning with enhanced speed.

This manual shows how to replace the boards that make up the SmartLF Cx scanners.
