MONTAJE Y DESMONTAJE

Utilice el Foot Horn para colocar y quitar la prótesis externa del pie. Quite la media CPI y reemplace según 

sea necesario.

MONTAJE ENDOESQUELÉTICO

Use solo componentes endoesqueléticos proximales de alta calidad.

ALINEACIÓN ESTÁTICA

Para un funcionamiento óptimo, distribuya el peso del paciente de forma equilibrada entre el talón y el dedo 

(Figure 4).

Celsus iVT fue diseñado con una elevación de talón de 3/8" (10,0 mm). 

 

▪

La línea de carga divide el pie en 1/3 para la palanca de talón y 2/3 para la palanca de la zona de dedos.

INSTALACIÓN DEL CELSUS IVT

College Park recomienda el kit de válvula iVT para conectar el sistema al encaje. El uso de otros productos es 

entera responsabilidad del proveedor.

CONEXIÓN DEL TUBO

1. 

Conecte el tubo al conector de la manguera.

2. 

Corte el tubo de una longitud adecuada y conéctelo al encaje.

3. 

Utilice el retenedor de tubo provisto para sujetar el tubo al pilón u otro adaptador.

4. 

Posicione el tubo en el lado medial para evitar daños.

5. 

Una vez montado, verifique que la bomba funcione correctamente; que cree vacío mientras marcha y no 

pierda aire.

INSPECCIÓN DEL TUBO

El tubo es la pieza más delicada de Celsus iVT y debe colocarse con cuidado. Verifique que el tubo NO esté:

Doblado ni apretado (Figure 2).

 

▪

En contacto con objetos filosos

 

▪

Pinchado

 

▪

Moviéndose o colgando durante la marcha

 

▪

Ubicado lateralmente, para evitar daños

CAMBIAR EL LADO DEL CONECTOR DE LA MANGUERA

El conector de la manguera está premontado para un pie izquierdo y puede volver a configurarse para un pie derecho.

1. 

Utilice una llave 5/16 para aflojar el conector de la manguera y el ducto de ventilación.

2. 

Cambie las posiciones. Asegúrese de que las válvulas de retención estén orientadas en la dirección correcta 

para un funcionamiento adecuado (Figure 3).

3. 

Vuelva a ajustar. Torque a 35 in-lb (4 N-m).
