CONFIGURATION.
By mean of
we can change the values and press ENTER for validation. Whenever we want to quit the
configuration sequence press MENU. After every ENTER it will appear automatically the different screens that
constitute the sequence of configuration.

1.By mean of keys
we can choose the languages: “LANGUAGE ENGLISH”,
“LANGUE FRANÇAISE”, “LINGUA ITALIANA” e “IDIOMA ESPAÑOL”.
2. Being inside configuration menu we are having access to the phase of
installation.
3. By mean of keys
enter the nominal intensity value in A of pump 1 enabling
the thermal protection. This value is located over the characteristics plate of the
motor (on type 3010 and 3110 motor connection ~3 ). Press ENTER for
validation.
4. Follow instructions of the previous step. See intensity value in A over the
characteristics plate.

4 bis. On models 3010, 3110 and 31110 (3 pumps) follow the instructions of step 3.

5. Using the START/STOP pushbutton corresponding to pump 1 verify its rotation
sense. By mean of keys
(0/1) we can change it. Press ENTER for validation
6.On type 2010 using the START/STOP pushbutton corresponding to pump 2
verify its rotation sense. In case of reversed sense quit the menu, pressing
pushbutton “MENU”, disconnect electrically the SPEEDMATIC SET and do the
tangible change of the pump connection (phase reversion)
6 bis. Only type 3010 (3 pumps). Follow the previous step.
7.Using
we can increase the lower limit of the speed of rotation of the main
pump´s motor.The default value of 15 Herz (35Hz for types 21110 and 31110) is
considered optimal for the pumps with conventional three-phase motor, it is only
necessary to modify this value in case of having Franklin motors (submersible
pumps) whose speed should not be lower than 30 Herz or in the case of special
applications. Excepting the previous cases, it is recommended not to modify this
parameter.
8.If the installation does not have level probe press ENTER to validate NOT. If
the installation has a level probe, by mean of keys
we can change NO by
YES.
9. Being inside configuration menu we are having access to the phase of
programming.
10. This will be the system working pressure. Use keys
for modify the initial
value (2 bar). WARNING !. The input pressure must be al less 1 bar lower than
the maximum pressure of the pumps. Set pressure must be under 12 bar.
If the main pump is damaged this difference will allow the system to
continue working in emergency mode using the rest of pumps. They will work in
ON/OFF mode with start and stop pressures assigned by the system without conflict
with the maximum working pressure of the pumps.
