Damage caused to the equipment by fire, flood, fortuitous or unavoidable
causes and other anomalies such as: atmospheric discharge, lightning, etc.



If the equipment has been repaired, altered or submitted to improper
maintenance in any of its parts, by a non-accredited business or any other non-
authorized professional and contrary to the Technical Procedures established
and approved by CM.

This commitment is limited solely to repairs and replacement of faulty components.
The bad functioning or stoppage of the equipment or system, under no
circumstances, shall burden

CM Comandos Lineares

with occasional loss or

damage to the proprietor or users, limiting the responsibility to the manufacturer to
the terms exposed herein.

The Warranty Term hereof is only valid for pieces of equipment installed within the
Brazilian territory.
