Preventive Maintenance
The voltage regulator must be kept within temperature and relative humidity
operational limits in order to reach maximum life of internal components (see
Technical Specifications in this Manual).
Cleaning around the voltage regulator and checking the operation of the internal
fans is recommended every 3 months of continuous operation of 24/7 type. For
operation regimen in commercial hours the maintenance interval can be extended
to 6 months.
After the first 12 months of operation, we recommend the Equipment to be revised
internally, cleaning it inside and verifying its connections.
Warning!
It is important to highlight that the internal access to the Equipment
must be performed solely by qualified personnel.
The Equipment, although OFF, may present stored voltage in its internal
components, and may even cause damage to physical integrity.
However, we recommend that each internal intervention be done by personnel
trained by the manufacturer.
Depending on the type of use, frequency and number of power failures, condition
of operational environment, reliability level required by the application and other
factors, it must be taken into consideration by the ones responsible for the system
maintenance in order to determine the periods for preventive maintenance.
