A PERFECT COOKING AS IN PIZZERIA
The lower resistance heats the refractory stone quickly and uniformly until it
reaches a temperature of about 320 ° C. This temperature level of the refractory
stone, is very important for a quick and perfect cooking, which cannot
normally be reached by common domestic electric ovens on the market. The
temperature can be measured with the infrared thermometer supplied as
standard.
At the same time, the upper resistance cooks quickly the pizza toppings.
