The electronic module controls peripheral devices. Setting of the module is done with the operating 
knob. Data from the main PCB is shown on the display. See section 4.1.1. The VOC motherboard Is 
screwed on the back of the motherboard. It Is connected with a ribbon cable 
The following elements are connected to the main PCB:  

 

limit switch (kill switch) preliminary filter cover, indicating the cover is closed; 

 

limit switch (kill switch) main cover, indicating the cover is closed; 

 

DUST sensor showing dust level; 

 

VOC sensor showing VOC level;

 

 

UV lamp relays, which control UV lamp operation; 

 

Fan 

 fan speed control. 

 

5.4.1

 

Replace electronic module 

To get access to the electronic module: 

 

open the top cover; 

 

remove the HEPA H14 main filter (see section 7.2

 Replace the main HEPA filter

 of the i-air Pro® 

user manual); 

 

remove the electronic module cover screws; 

 

remove the electronic module cover. 

 

 

ATTENTION 

After the DUST sensor is replaced it should be calibrated against the reference dust 
sensor. Calibration is done via service menu, submenu PARAMETERS/DUST_OFFSET. 
The dust sensor is mounted on the left side of the motherboard (see image 16 / nr 1)
