5.2 UV module

The UV module (Figure 15) is located in the bottom part of the appliance. All components are
individually replaceable.
The UV module consists of:
1. Neutralization chamber, this neutralizes VOC.
2. UV lamps, these emit UV rays.
3. Carbon pre filter, this pre-cleans the air.
4. Lamp control chamber and UV lamp power supply modules.
5.2.1 Replace UV subassemblies
CAUTION
•
always wear protective gloves during service work;
•
the working voltage of the chamber is 115/230 V.
To get access to the UV module disassemble the:
•
service cover;
•
UV chamber protective cover;
•
UV chamber;
•
cover of lamp control module.
