3. Insert the mains plug into a properly installed plug socket that is easily accessible.
4. Press the On/Off switch to switch on the device. The control lamp lights up red as soon as the
device is heating up. Wait until the device has reached operating temperature and the control
lamp lights up blue.
5. Allow the vinegar/water mixture to run through the device fully once.
6. Switch the device off and pull the mains plug out of the plug socket.
7. Rinse the water reservoir once with fresh water to remove vinegar residues and odours.

problem yourself. Otherwise you should contact the customer service department.
Do not attempt to repair a defective device yourself.

The control lamps
do not light up.
• Is the mains plug correctly inserted into the socket?
• Is the plug socket defective?
Try another plug socket.
• Check the fuse of your mains connection.
No steam is
emerging.
• Have you pressed the On/Off switch on the main unit?
• Are you using the device as a handheld steam cleaner? Press the
steam release button on the handle!
• The device is not yet ready to operate.
The device needs to heat up for a few seconds before steam can
emerge. Wait until the control lamp lights up blue.
• The water reservoir is empty.
Top up the water reservoir (see the "Filling the Water Reservoir"
chapter).
• Is the reservoir not inserted in the main unit correctly?
Check it to make sure it

ts in place properly.
• The nozzle is blocked.
Clean the nozzle.
