Now attach the two inside and two outside webbing straps
on the pontoon to the pontoon frame. Thread the straps as follows:
1. Through the metal rectangle on the frame…
2. Back to the buckle…
3. Through the buckle threading path…
4. Match the rip-and-grip to each other.
5. Fold the remaining webbing. Back it through the metal rectangle
and trap it between the pontoon and webbing. Repeat for the remaining three straps.
Repeat the procedure with the other pontoon.

Install the first bolt through the
swivel plate
Position the bolt through the seat
frame double rail
Add the washer, then the locking
washer and finish with the wingnut.
Hold the swivel plate base and turn
for easy access to the plate hole.
Insert bolt through the hole and
between the rails. Add washer,
locking washer then the wingnut.
Finish in the same manner with the
last

bolts.

. Continued - Attach the pontoons to the frames.

. Seat
The seat and swivel base are pre-assembled.
Locate the seat frame, bolts, washers, lock rings and
wingnuts. Attach seat to seat frame following following
steps 5a through 5f.
After all bolts have been installed, center the seat base
on the rails and verify that all hardware is secure before
attaching the seat frame to the pontoon frame (5g).
