9. Care and maintenance
• Do not expose to direct sunlight or other heat sources for extended periods.
Place the TV away from the sun to reduce glare.
• Make sure the TV is placed in a well ventilated area.
• Do not place heavy items on top of the TV or its parts.
• Place the product in a clean environment free from dust and moisture.
10. Troubleshooting Guide
Problem Cause – Solution
No image or sound
• Check the power supply.
• Make sure the switch (1) is in the ON position.
No picture • Make sure that you have selected a channel that
is broadcasting.
• Defective aerial. Change aerial.
No sound
• Check audio settings: Volume and Mute.
• If headphones are connected (18) the speakers
will be turned off.
Picture is dark • Check picture settings: Bright and Contrast.
Picture is unstable
• Check aerial position.
• Adjust aerial position. Interference may be caused
by high buildings, power lines, etc.
Ghost image • Check aerial position.
• Adjust aerial position. Interference may be caused
by high buildings, power lines, etc.
Coarse picture • Disturbance in the power supply or a high voltage
source in the vicinity.
No colour • Check system settings.
11. Protecting the Environment
Dispose of your waste responsibly, sort and recycle where possible. All electro-
nic products, batteries and all packaging material should be sorted and handled
according to local environmental regulations.
