BATTERY AND CHARGER

TIPS FOR EXTENDING BATTERY LIFE

Do not store discharged (flat) batteries, always charge them fully before
storing.

HOW TO CHARGE A BATTERY

NOTE:

New batteries must be charged before use.

1. Connect the power adaptor jack

to the battery charger.

2. Connect the power adapter to

the mains supply.

3. Fully insert the battery into the

battery charger.

• Charging may take 3-5 hours

4. To remove the battery, slide the

battery out of the charger

• After charging, disconnect the

charger from the power supply.

INDICATOR LIGHTS

The lights on the battery charger will show the charging status:

WARNING: THE BATTERY CAN BE HOT TO THE TOUCH WHEN REMOVED
FROM THE TOOL. ALWAYS LET THE BATTERY COOL DOWN BEFORE
RECHARGING. DO NOT RECHARGE A HOT BATTERY.

Steady GREEN

Battery is fully charged or no battery is fitted.
