Digit 4 – Target Voltage Offset
Digit 4 represents the output voltage offset to be added to the base
target voltage. The target voltage is achieved at the end of the ‘Ramp to
Target’ time and is maintained during the ‘Hold’ time. During VARIABLE
Tests (digit 5 = ‘Z’ the target voltage is used as the maximum possible
output voltage, helping prevent damaging or dangerous voltages being
applied to the device under test.
