Maintenance
To maintain generator efficiency and reduce the risks of faults, strictly observe
the recommended maintenance schedule

In the generator there is a counter that, in relation to the hours of operation of
molecolar sieves, informs the customer when is necessary do the maintenance
by an allarm

First maintenance will be done to 8000 hours, the following maintenance will be
set by a qualified personnel that did the intervention.

Maintenance kit
The following kit for the maintenance of the generator are available. They have
to be substituted after the following time intervals:

Maintenance schedule

If a correct maintenance schedule is not followed, the performance of the gene-
rator may no longer be ensured and it may lead to permanent damage to the
generator.

The maintenance operations must be carried out exclusively by QUALIFIED PER-
SON.
e
Lack of maintenance will void the warranty.
The following table specifies the frequency of the recommended maintenance
operations, express in “working hours” of molecolar sieves.
