Resiliency

TVA supports Resiliency with redundant SIP soft-switches using SIP Forum’s
SIPconnect 1.1 standard. See

www.sipforum.org/sipconnect

If a cluster of softswitches support these failover mechanisms TVA will handle a
list of available servers in cluster either from receiving a DNS SRV record, or from
having a list of proxy addresses setup in a Line Configuration.

TVA will then respond to SIP 480 responses by moving onto the next available
server.
