Replace the codec cover.
Step 4 Insert the HDMI connection for the DMP into the connection labeled “Aux” that is at the foot of the
column base (callout 3 in
Figure 1-3 ).
Note If you have a table stand system, these connections are at the foot of the table stand.

If you want to share a presentation, use the VGA and, if required, audio connections labeled “PC” that
are shown as callouts 7 and 8 in
Figure 1-3 .

If you use a Cisco Unified IP Phone as your call control device, and you have a document camera and a
Cisco Digital Media Player (DMP) connected to the CTS 500 32”, and the document camera video does
not display during a conference, use the
View softkey on the Cisco Unified IP Phone to view the
document camera video.
