Operating the Handheld Controller
Mode of operation
The Model 6585 Handheld Controller is powered by a transponder. To operate the
handheld controller it must be connected to a transponder via the 9-pin cable.
The handheld controller operates in two modes: the Program Mode and the
Terminal Mode. The Program Mode enables you to test the handheld controller and
change its operating characteristics. The Terminal Mode enables you to use the
handheld controller as a terminal to enter data into the transponder.
