The table below indicates the functions you can perform when you are in the Setup 

phase.

It enables you to change the following operating characteristics of 

the handheld controller. 

 

  Erase Memory 

Sets the handheld controller to default 

setting in Program Mode. It also erases 

the EEPROM memory. 

Note:

 The EEPROM memory contains 

the operating characteristics of the 

handheld controller. 

 

 

  Baud Rate 

Sets the communication baud rate 

within the range of 300 to 9600 baud. 

Note:

 The current version will function 

with the default value of 300 baud. 

 

 

  Parity 

The 

YES/NO

 option is not suppported 

at this time. 

 

 

  Echo 

The 

YES/NO

 option is not suppported 

at this time. 

 

 

  Key Beep 

The 

YES/NO

 option is not suppported 

at this time. 

 

 

  Keyboard Setup 

Enables you to change the keyboard 

setup. 

Note:

 This function is not used with the
