Did you wait long enough for the steamer to heat up?
It takes about 25 seconds for the steamer to heat up and the orange/red light to go out and
turn green. Do not push the steam button before you see the green light.
Do I need to descale my steamer? Cirrus 2 has a coating that makes it resistant to limestone
and minerals residues, so there is no need to descale it too often. Although, if the trouble
remains and no steam comes, you could try to descale the steamer using vinegar. Please follow
our guidelines how to proceed with this. Also, please remember that we recommend using
distilled, deionized, filtered, or battery water in regions with hard water to prevent these kinds
of issues.
Still no steam?
If there's no steam coming out and the steamer doesn't get warm at all, don't hesitate to get in
touch with our customer support for further assistance.

–
what to do?
Sometimes you may experience issues with your steamer - here's a small guide on what you can
do to troubleshoot the product for yourself.
Leakage
If you ever experience that your steamer is leaking, please try to locate the origin of the water.
Is there water dripping from the handle?
If you experience a leaking steam handle, make sure that the handle has been properly screwed
on. Also, check the angle of the mouthpiece; it needs to be screwed on straight and not tilted in
any way. Still water leaking from the handle or mouthpiece? Don't hesitate to get in touch with
our customer support for further assistance.
Does the water tank leak?
If you experience leakage from the water tank, make sure that the plug has been properly
screwed on. If it is still leaking after this, then please get in touch with our customer support.
Is there dripping water coming from the steamer?
If there's leaking water coming from the actual steamer, please try to locate the origin on the
device. Note that the hole where the water tank is attached always gets filled with water and is
nothing to worry about. If the steamer is leaking an abnormal amount of water (i.e., from
underneath), don't hesitate to contact our customer support for further assistance.
