Points to consider:
Voltage values flashing on the display is a sign that the analyzer is
incorrectly installed or configured. Possible causes might be:

The analyzer detects an event: This can mean a real event in the network,
or a wrong rated voltage setting where the set value does not match the
actual network voltage.

If the unbalance screen displays dashes , there is an incorrect phase
sequence.
