KEY FUNCTIONS
1.
F and +/- key: Function select and conirmation key.
User press / hold „F“ key 2 SECS, return to
original setting mold, let user to set up User data
(U1-U4, sex, age, height, weight) and Function value
(setting TIME / DISTANCE / CALORIES/PULSE / WATT)
+/- key
: Increase and decrease or select option.

START/STOP key : START / STOP key
3.
TEST key : Fitness test by measuring your recovery
rate.

QUCK START key : If you don’t want to choose any function,
just push this key to start your workout.
5.
L –key (RESET): Press this key to get back to start modus to
select program. If press key for 2 seconds get back start modus
to select User (U1-U4, sex, age, height, weight).
OPERATION
1)
You can select any User F by turning the UP/DOWN knob, press
the F key to conirm. Sit on the saddle and exercise a little bit.
After a few turns the display of computer starts and we recom-
mend to continue cling about 30 seconds the charge the accu-
mulator to make settings in the computer without interruption.
Input user data, sex, age, height, weight on top –right window.
Then press F key for conirmation.

Function Control display will lash indicating you can select the
Programs P1-P6 by turning UP/DOWN knob and then press F
key for conirmation. Any of the default values can be changed
by pushing the F key until the desired program proile is
lashing. Press F key again to conirm.

When the Program and other protocols are entered press
START/STOP key and begin your workout.
4)
The computer switches off automatically approx. 4 minutes after
training stopped. All values attained until that time are stored
and keep displayed. It is possible to continue training from these
values or to reset all functions to zero using the L- key.
FUNCTION DESCRIPTION
1. MANUAL
Set the resistance level using the dot matrix display then (if
required) set exercise parameters TIME/DISTANCE / CALORIES / PULSE
then press START/STOP to START manual program.
2. PROGRAM
12 automatic adjusting programs with control exercise
(P1~P12), Resistance level can be adjusted during PROGRAM DIAGRAM
is inishing.
3. USER
Create your own Program proile through U1~U4 by setting the
resistance level for each individual segment. Then the Program will be au-
tomatically saved for future use. U0 can be set the same as U1~U4 but this
Program cannot be saved.
4. WATTS
Default WATTS value is 100,steps5 watts from 10watts to 350
watts .User can adjust WATTS value using the UP / DOWN knob. The
entered WATTS will be maintained automatically regardless of speed.
5. H.R.C
HEART RATE CONTROL- Select your own target Heart Rate of
choose one of the preset programs 55%, 75% or 90%. Please enter your
age into the User Data to ensure that your target heart rate is set correctly.
The PULSE display will lash when you have reached your target heart rate
according to the Program you have chosen.

6. RANDOM
This exercise computer creates amazing exercising program chart by au-
torandom producing. Sometimes user is tired of user pre-setting program
charts, he/she can choose RANDOM to let computer auto-producing it’s
program chart. There are over hundred programs can be offered playing.
TEST (RECOVERY):
When you have inished your workout, press Test-key. For RECOVERY to
function correctly, it needs your Heart Rate input. TIME will count down
from 1 minute and then your itness level from F1 to F6 will be displayed.
NOTE: during RECOVERY, no other displays will operate.

Get the result from F1 - F6.
USER DATA
: U0~U4 are user’s Personal Programs (refer Personal). Users
should enter their gender, age, height and weight. Only data for U1 to U4
will be saved. U0 is for casual users.
